I don’t know what this is called in Tagalog or in any dialect in the Philippines, but we call this “binignit” or “tabirak” in our Cebuano language. We have not eaten this Filipino delicacy in a while, and we were all missing it. One day hubby was so desperate he made binignit with what ingredient was available.
Sago (we found sago balls that needed to be cooked)

I know, our “binignit” lacked the so many other ingredients it should have. But it sure was yummy. We would like to do it again. We just have to look for those missing ingredients from I don’t know where! LOL!
